Refund and Return Policy

Because all Toxic Tees LLC products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item). In that case, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges We will review the submitted photos and order information and, if the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
